These legal terms govern the use of the WHEEL ATELIER website, personal data protection, terms and conditions, warranty conditions, and conditions for the custom production of forged wheels.

1. Terms and Conditions

WHEEL ATELIER provides a concierge service for the design and delivery of custom-made forged wheels. Each order is produced individually according to the customer's approved specifications. Once production begins, the order cannot be changed or canceled, unless otherwise provided by law. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of all vehicle data and approved parameters (ET, PCD, center bore, dimensions, brake clearance, color, and finish).

2. Data Protection (GDPR)

We process only the data necessary to handle inquiries, orders, and customer communication. Data is processed in accordance with GDPR and is not provided to third parties except for partners necessary for production, shipping, or payments.

3. Cookie Policy

The website may use essential, analytical, and functional cookies to ensure proper operation and improve the user experience.

4. Warranty Conditions

The warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage caused by impact, improper installation, racing use, chemical damage, corrosion from improper maintenance, or interventions after delivery.

5. Returns and Cancellation

Since these are custom-made products according to individual customer requirements, once production has started, it is not possible to cancel the order or return the product due to a change of mind or design preference, except for consumer rights arising from mandatory legal regulations.

6. Custom Manufacturing Conditions

By confirming the order, the customer confirms the accuracy of all approved parameters and agrees to start production. Renderings serve as visualizations, and minor deviations in color or finish caused by the manufacturing process are not considered manufacturing defects.
