1. Terms & Conditions

WHEEL ATELIER provides bespoke forged wheel concierge services. All products are manufactured exclusively to the customer's approved specifications.

• Quotations are non-binding until confirmed.
• Every order is custom-made.
• Customer must approve design, size, width, offset (ET), PCD, centre bore, brake clearance, finish, colour, centre caps and all specifications before production.
• Once production begins, no cancellation, redesign or refund is accepted except where required by applicable law.
• Production and shipping times are estimates only.
• Delays caused by manufacturers, logistics providers, customs or force majeure do not create liability.
• Customer is responsible for providing accurate vehicle and fitment information.
• Recommendations are based on the information supplied by the customer.
• Flush/aggressive fitments are approved by the customer before production.
• Minor variations in finish, colour and machining are normal characteristics of bespoke manufacturing.
• Wheels must be installed by qualified professionals.
• WHEEL ATELIER's maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected product.
• Slovak law governs these Terms.

2. Privacy Policy

We collect only information required to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations and fulfil orders (name, email, phone, vehicle details, project information and uploaded files). Data is processed in accordance with GDPR and may be shared only with trusted manufacturing, shipping or payment partners when necessary. Users may request access, correction or deletion of their data by contacting info@wheelatelier.eu.

3. Cookie Policy

The website may use essential, analytical and functional cookies to improve performance and user experience. Users can manage cookies through their browser settings.

4. Warranty Policy

Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover curb damage, pothole impacts, misuse, racing, improper installation, corrosion due to poor maintenance, chemical damage, accidents or modifications after delivery. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and photographs. WHEEL ATELIER reserves the right to inspect the product before accepting any claim.

5. Returns & Cancellation

All products are custom manufactured to the customer's specifications. After production starts, orders cannot be cancelled or returned because of changes of preference or appearance. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected where mandatory by law.

6. Order Approval

By confirming an order, the customer confirms that all specifications have been reviewed and approved:

• Design
• Diameter
• Width
• Offset (ET)
• PCD
• Centre Bore
• Brake Clearance
• Finish
• Colour
• Centre Caps
• Tyre specifications (where applicable)

The customer accepts responsibility for the approved configuration and acknowledges that production will commence based on those specifications.

7. Disclaimer

Renderings are visual representations only. Final products may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes, lighting, materials and finishing techniques. WHEEL ATELIER is not responsible for incompatibility resulting from inaccurate information supplied by the customer.
